we named our children after towns that we've never been to

Six Reasons to not use Verizon:

1. Voyager #1 in June - dropped calls like it was its job (this was an upgrade, mind you)
2. Voyager #2 - unlocked itself, didn't always respond to my touch
3. Voyager #3 - "like new", keys were horribly worn, was obvious that the screen is what had been replaced, also unlocked itself, also didn't always respond to my touch, would restart on my randomly, internal directional keys didn't always work
4. Voyager #4 - another "like new" phone, it came covered in scratches, didn't even have it activated
5. EnV Touch #1 - I was forunate enough that there was no longer any Voyagers in stock and thus they sent me an EnV Touch instead. Every so often, when I'd flip open this phone the internal screen would remain black until I pressed a button. Then it started to turn off on its own...
6. EnV Touch #2, got it last night - had to have a customer service lady lead me through manually programming it, then when I went to change the background on the external screen, it stopped loading. Stopped loading any time I tried to access 'My Pictures'. Took in into the store and the tech lady was very confused by it, but got it to work. BUT NOW the front screen doesn't work.

Is it too much to ask for a phone that actually works?
